- The rules describe how the "gift vouchers" work. The organizer of the program is Roland Investments Ltd with its headquarters in Cracow (30-644) 9, Puszkarska Street, which has been registered in National Court Register under the number 0000245456, seed capital of 50 000 PLN, paid in full. The purpose of this program is sales promotion and marketing of Bonarka City Center complex which is located in Cracow. The place where the program is run is Bonarka City Center complex.
- Roland Investments produce Bonarka City Center "gift vouchers" (named as vouchers) worth 20 PLN, 50 PLN AND 100 PLN, on its expense. Each voucher is appropriately protected, which facilitates identification and verification of their authenticity.
- "Gift vouchers" are the form of payment in a selection of shops in Bonarka City Center in Cracow. The information about shops where one can pay for the products by means of the vouchers will be attached to the voucher purchased by customer. In addition to that, there will be appropriate signs in the shop windows where the vouchers will be accepted.
- Vouchers can be purchased in Bonarka City Center Information Service.
- Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. They will not be accepted after the expiry date. The expiry date will be issued on the voucher.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Damaged vouchers whose authenticity cannot be identified and verified will not be accepted.
- Vouchers can be accepted as a form of payment in case when:
b. Value of purchased products exceeds the value of voucher
c. Value of the products is lower than value of the voucher.
In case b) the customer pays the part exceeding the value of the voucher.
In case c) the customer will not get the difference in price.
If the customer hands over a few vouchers - the total amount should be the same as the price of the purchased products.
